User Eligibility

Users must:

Account Responsibility

  • Users are responsible for account security
  • Unauthorized use must be reported immediately

Subscription & Payments

  • Subscription is required for Project Management Module
  • Minimum user license applies
  • Payments are non-refundable unless specified

Lead Marketplace Terms

  • Leads are sold on a non-exclusive basis unless specified
  • Lead pricing varies based on category
  • Once purchased, lead access is granted

Lead Usage Rules

  • Buyer must update lead status within 30 days
  • Failure to update may result in lead reopening
  • Misuse of lead data is strictly prohibited

Restrictions

Users must NOT:

  • Use platform for illegal activities
  • Misrepresent information
  • Abuse or harass other users
  • Resell leads without authorization

Intellectual Property

  • ACHON retains ownership of platform technology
  • Users retain ownership of their content

Termination

ACHON reserves the right to:

  • Suspend accounts
  • Restrict access
  • Terminate services for violations

Limitation of Liability

ACHON is not responsible for:

  • Business losses
  • Failed transactions between users
  • Accuracy of third-party leads

Terms of Use

Platform Usage

Users may use ACHON for:

  • Project management
  • Business operations
  • Lead acquisition

Role-Based Access

Licensee Admin

  • Full control over company workspace

Control User

  • Manage projects and tasks

Standard User

  • Limited access

Client User

  • View-only access

Lead Marketplace Usage

Users can:

  • Browse leads
  • Purchase leads
  • Convert leads into projects

Users cannot:

  • Share purchased lead data externally without consent
  • Duplicate or misuse leads

Content Usage

Users are responsible for:

  • Uploaded documents
  • Shared project data
  • Communication content

Mobile Usage

Users may access platform via mobile apps for:

  • Task tracking
  • Communication
  • Project updates

Compliance

Users must comply with:

  • Local laws
  • Data protection regulations
  • Platform policies
