Refund & Cancellation Policy
Subscription Policy
- All subscriptions (monthly, semi-annual, yearly) are prepaid.
- Once activated, subscriptions are non-refundable.
Cancellation
Users may:
- Cancel auto-renewal anytime
- Continue using services until subscription expiry
Refund Exceptions
Refunds may be considered ONLY if:
- Duplicate payment
- Technical error in billing
- Service not delivered due to system failure
Refunds (if approved):
- Processed within 7–10 working days
Lead Purchase Refund
Lead purchases are non-refundable because:
- Leads are digital, time-sensitive assets
Exception cases:
- Invalid lead (wrong number / fake data)
- Duplicate lead sold within restricted time
In such cases:
- Credit refund to wallet (not bank)

Lead Marketplace Usage
Users can:
- Browse leads
- Purchase leads
- Convert leads into projects
Users cannot:
- Share purchased lead data externally without consent
- Duplicate or misuse leads
Content Usage
Users are responsible for:
- Uploaded documents
- Shared project data
- Communication content
Mobile Usage
Users may access platform via mobile apps for:
- Task tracking
- Communication
- Project updates
Compliance
Users must comply with:
- Local laws
- Data protection regulations
- Platform policies
