Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscription Policy

  • All subscriptions (monthly, semi-annual, yearly) are prepaid.
  • Once activated, subscriptions are non-refundable.

Cancellation

Users may:

  • Cancel auto-renewal anytime
  • Continue using services until subscription expiry

Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be considered ONLY if:

  • Duplicate payment
  • Technical error in billing
  • Service not delivered due to system failure

Refunds (if approved):

  • Processed within 7–10 working days

Lead Purchase Refund

Lead purchases are non-refundable because:

  • Leads are digital, time-sensitive assets

Exception cases:

  • Invalid lead (wrong number / fake data)
  • Duplicate lead sold within restricted time

In such cases:

  • Credit refund to wallet (not bank)

Standard User

  • Limited access

Lead Marketplace Usage

Users can:

  • Browse leads
  • Purchase leads
  • Convert leads into projects

Users cannot:

  • Share purchased lead data externally without consent
  • Duplicate or misuse leads

Content Usage

Users are responsible for:

  • Uploaded documents
  • Shared project data
  • Communication content

Mobile Usage

Users may access platform via mobile apps for:

  • Task tracking
  • Communication
  • Project updates

Compliance

Users must comply with:

  • Local laws
  • Data protection regulations
  • Platform policies
